Salary: $228000 - $256000

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Analyst to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Security Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization and ensuring the protection of our company's assets and information. You will lead a team of security analysts and work closely with other departments to implement and maintain security protocols and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day security operations of the organization
• Lead a team of security analysts and provide guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the protection of company assets and information
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies
• Manage and monitor security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
• Investigate security incidents and breaches and take appropriate actions to mitigate any risks
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization
• Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the organization
• Communicate and report on security-related issues to upper management and stakeholders
• Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Manage relationships with external security vendors and contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO, or CIS
• Strong technical skills and experience with security tools and technologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
• Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, are a plus
