Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of blockchain-based solutions for our company
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Build and maintain blockchain applications using cutting-edge technologies and programming languages
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of blockchain applications to ensure high-quality and efficient performance
Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard our blockchain systems and data
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology and incorporate them into our solutions
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and leadership
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including non-technical team members
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in blockchain development
Extensive knowledge and experience with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Solidity
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
Experience with smart contract development and deployment
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex blockchain projects
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Strong understanding of cryptography and security principles
