Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop automated solutions using various programming languages and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of automated processes to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Monitor and maintain existing automated workflows, making necessary updates and improvements as needed.
Develop and maintain documentation for all automated processes.
Train and support end-users on how to use automated tools and software.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technology to continually improve processes.
Participate in project planning and provide expertise on the integration of automation into new and existing systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation development and implementation.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Strong knowledge of automation tools and software, such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and process improvement.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
