Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of automation processes across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and define project scope and requirements.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors with existing automation processes.
Monitor and analyze the performance of automation processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize their effectiveness.
Provide training and support to team members on the proper use and maintenance of automation tools and processes.
Keep up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their integration into our processes.
Develop and maintain documentation for all automation processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations, in all automation activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation development and implementation.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Knowledge of database management and SQL.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in project management is a plus.
