Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Tibco-based solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS, and other Tibco products
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop integration solutions that connect various systems and applications using Tibco tools
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting of Tibco-based solutions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
Stay up-to-date with the latest Tibco technologies and tools and make recommendations for their implementation
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Ensure that all code and technical documentation is of the highest quality and meets established standards
Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Tibco technologies
Strong knowledge of Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS, and other Tibco products
Experience with Java and web services (REST/SOAP)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a client-facing role is a plus
