Salary: $123 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Network Security Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Lead Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network security infrastructure. You will also be in charge of leading a team of network security engineers and ensuring that our network remains secure against potential threats. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network security solutions to protect our organization's network infrastructure from potential cyber threats
• Lead the team of network security engineers and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to mitigate risks
• Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and ensure the security of our organization's data and systems
• Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
• Manage and maintain network security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and virtual private networks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements to the network security infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security engineering
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols, tools, and technologies including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and virtual private networks
• Experience in leading a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
