Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and implementation of middleware infrastructure, including application servers, messaging systems, and integration platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications for middleware solutions
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot middleware components in both development and production environments
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise
Ensure the security and availability of middleware systems by implementing necessary security measures and performing regular backups
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in middleware technologies and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems
Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 support for critical middleware systems
Document all changes and maintain accurate system documentation
Assist in the implementation of disaster recovery plans and perform regular testing to ensure business continuity

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1-2 years of hands-on experience with middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, or Red Hat JBoss
Proficient in Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
