Salary: $107 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead NLP Specialist to join our team. As the Lead NLP Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our Natural Language Processing (NLP) team and driving the development of innovative NLP solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop NLP solutions to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of NLP specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their success
• Develop and implement NLP strategies and solutions to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our NLP systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into NLP requirements
• Research and evaluate new NLP technologies, tools, and techniques, and make recommendations for their implementation
• Design and implement NLP models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Monitor and analyze the performance of NLP systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Conduct regular training and knowledge sharing sessions with the NLP team to enhance their skills and expertise
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in NLP and recommend best practices for their integration into our systems
• Act as a subject matter expert for NLP and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure that NLP solutions meet business requirements and objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget
• Prepare and present reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in NLP, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Extensive knowledge of NLP techniques and algorithms, such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and topic modeling
• Proficient in programming languages commonly used in NLP, such as Python, R, and Java
• Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks, such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Gensim
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing business needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and frameworks, such as TensorFlow and Keras, is a plus
• Experience in the development of chatbots or virtual assistants is a plus
