About the Role: Lobox is seeking a talented and experienced Lead AI Analyst to join our dynamic team. As the Lead AI Analyst, you will be responsible for leading our AI initiatives and driving the development of cutting-edge solutions that will shape the future of our company. In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and implement AI solutions that will drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI analysts and data scientists, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the successful execution of AI projects
• Develop and implement strategies for the integration of AI solutions into our business processes and systems
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within our company
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends and provide insights to support decision making
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI and machine learning
• Identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing AI solutions and processes
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of AI professionals
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and tools
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Proficiency in data mining, data wrangling, and data visualization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
