Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of game testers, providing guidance and support to ensure the quality and timely completion of tasks.
Develop and implement testing strategies for new and existing games, considering all aspects of gameplay, mechanics, and user experience.
Conduct thorough testing on games, identifying and reporting any bugs or issues to the development team.
Collaborate with game designers, developers, and artists to provide feedback on gameplay and suggest improvements.
Create and maintain detailed test plans and reports, ensuring all test cases are covered and executed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in game testing techniques, and implement them in our testing process.
Mentor and train junior game testers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in game testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
Strong understanding of game development and testing processes, with experience in various testing methodologies.
Proficient in using testing tools and software, such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback.
Attention to detail and the ability to think critically and problem-solve.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of different game genres and platforms.
Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards a common goal.
