Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our IT infrastructure team and oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our company's technology infrastructure. As a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services. In this role, you will work closely with other IT teams, as well as business stakeholders, to ensure that our infrastructure meets the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services.
• Lead the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and align IT infrastructure initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT infrastructure services and equipment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of IT infrastructure operations.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical systems and services.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in IT infrastructure and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our technology capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT infrastructure solutions.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure management, such as ITIL, are a plus.
