Salary: $138 Per hour

As a Principal IT Infrastructure Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our technology infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the needs of our business and supports our growth objectives. Working closely with senior leadership, you will provide strategic guidance and direction for all IT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring that they align with our overall business goals.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Leading the development and execution of our IT infrastructure strategy, in alignment with our company's overall goals and objectives.
• Managing a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
• Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, and cloud systems.
• Ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of our IT infrastructure, while also identifying and addressing any vulnerabilities or risks.
• Collaborating with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
• Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for hardware, software, and services.
• Continuously evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for their adoption to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT infrastructure.
• Developing and maintaining IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
• Monitoring and analyzing infrastructure performance and making recommendations for improvements or optimizations.
• Providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status of IT infrastructure projects, initiatives, and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical background and knowledge of networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience in developing and executing IT infrastructure strategies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT infrastructure initiatives with business goals.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and experience in implementing security measures.
