Salary: $107 Per hour

Job Overview: As a Senior Mobile QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans, as well as identifying and reporting bugs and issues. You will also work closely with our development and design teams to understand product requirements and provide valuable feedback for improvements. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for mobile applications on various platforms including iOS and Android
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers and designers to understand product requirements and provide feedback for improvements
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and functionality of applications
• Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features after new updates or changes
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code is being delivered
• Stay updated on the latest mobile testing tools and techniques to continuously improve the testing process
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers to improve their skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application testing
• Strong experience with manual and automated testing of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms
• Proficient in using bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
• Experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium or Selenium
• Strong knowledge of mobile testing methodologies and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document bugs and issues accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Experience with API testing is a plus
