About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Mobile QA Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for our mobile applications across multiple platforms. As the Principal Mobile QA Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with a team of talented individuals to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for our mobile applications, including creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Lead a team of QA engineers to execute manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our mobile applications.
• Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future defects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile testing tools and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure high-quality releases.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years of experience in mobile testing.
• Strong experience with manual and automated testing of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Proficiency in using mobile testing tools such as Appium, Selenium, and XCTest.
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
