Salary: $92 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs to our employees and clients. This role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs on technical topics such as software applications, systems, and tools.
• Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and design appropriate training solutions.
• Deliver training sessions in person or via virtual platforms to employees and clients.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve training programs.
• Mentor and coach junior trainers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Provide technical support to trainees during and after training sessions.
• Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure consistency and standardization of training programs.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and equipment setup.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
• Act as a resource person for technical training-related queries from employees and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical training role.
• Strong knowledge of various technical topics, including software applications, systems, and tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to adapt training techniques to the needs and learning styles of trainees.
• Experience with virtual training platforms and tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Professional certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
