Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to ensure the security and reliability of our systems.
Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.
Collaborate with department heads to assess and understand their IT needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure the continuity of business operations.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify new opportunities for improving our IT systems.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the IT team to ensure their skills and knowledge are up to date.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
Oversee the budget for IT systems and equipment, ensuring that costs are controlled within approved limits.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT systems management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in managing and implementing large-scale IT projects.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud computing, and security protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work within tight deadlines.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly preferred.
