Salary: $107 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our organization's IT systems, processes, and infrastructure. You will work closely with various departments to identify and implement solutions that enhance our overall IT capabilities and support our business objectives. This is a critical role within our company and requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for all IT systems related matters, providing technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Analyze existing IT systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements or new system implementations.
• Conduct thorough research and evaluation of new technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and proper documentation.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configurations, and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior IT team members, providing guidance and support on complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong technical expertise in IT systems and infrastructure, including networking, servers, operating systems, and databases.
• Extensive experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Certifications in project management or relevant technologies are an asset.
