Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and design of complex IT systems, including identifying business requirements, creating technical specifications, and developing system architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate proposed solutions and make recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• of experience in IT systems analysis, with a focus on complex systems.
• Proven experience in leading the analysis, design, and implementation of IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
