Overview: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Security Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data security, knowledge of industry best practices, and a passion for protecting sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain data security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of confidential information.

Conduct regular security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.

Monitor and analyze data access logs and security event logs to detect and respond to security incidents.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential security risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.

Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Conduct regular security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security.

Manage and maintain security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption tools.

Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure the availability of critical data.

Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address potential weaknesses in the organization's systems.

Investigate security breaches and incidents, and provide detailed reports to management.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA.

Work closely with IT teams to implement security controls and ensure secure data transmission across networks.

Participate in incident response and recovery efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in data security or a related role.

Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices.

Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption tools.

Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards, such as GDPR and HIPAA.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are preferred.
