Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement complex infrastructure solutions for our organization, including hardware, software, and network components.
Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture blueprints, standards, and guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies to improve and enhance our infrastructure.
Conduct ongoing analysis and monitoring of infrastructure performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities in our infrastructure.
Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any infrastructure-related issues.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior infrastructure team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure architecture and design.
Strong experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Extensive knowledge of networking, security, storage, and virtualization technologies.
Proven experience in designing and implementing highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions.
Experience with automation and infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform and Ansible.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, are a plus.
