Salary: $123 Per hour

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Developer Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Mobile Developer Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development of mobile applications for our company. You will work closely with our product team to understand the business requirements and translate them into functional and user-friendly mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development and a passion for creating innovative and high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
• Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements for existing mobile applications
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with mobile applications and provide timely resolutions
• Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and recommend improvements to enhance the user experience
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed by the team
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mobile applications with other systems and platforms
• Create and maintain technical documentation for mobile applications and processes
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of mobile applications
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with team members and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development
• Proven experience in developing and deploying mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Strong knowledge of mobile application development frameworks, such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
