Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of cloud infrastructure engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
Design, build, and maintain our company's cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is highly available, scalable, and secure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
Develop and implement cloud infrastructure best practices, standards, and policies to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure performance issues, identifying and resolving them in a timely manner.
Implement automation and configuration management tools to streamline and improve processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing and continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance our cloud infrastructure.
Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure the security of our cloud infrastructure.
Manage relationships with cloud service providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of cloud resources.
Mentor and train team members on cloud infrastructure technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
Strong experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Extensive experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
Advanced knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience managing and leading a team of engineers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect are preferred.
