Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end release process, from planning to deployment, for multiple software products.
Develop and maintain release schedules, ensuring that all release milestones are met.
Coordinate with various teams, including Development, QA, and Operations, to plan and execute releases.
Communicate release plans and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the release process.
Continuously improve release processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality.
Lead and mentor a team of Release Managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Stay updated on industry best practices and tools related to release management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in release management.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Proven experience in managing complex and large-scale software releases.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Knowledge of release management tools, such as JIRA and Jenkins, is preferred.
