Responsibilities:

Communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and incorporate new techniques into projects
Mentor and guide junior team members in data science best practices and techniques

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive modeling
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms
Ability to handle and analyze large datasets using tools such as Hadoop or Spark
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus
