Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Data Scientist Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading our data science initiatives and providing strategic direction for our data-driven projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of data science techniques, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists and data analysts
• Develop and implement data science strategies to support business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and develop predictive models to support decision making
• Design and implement data collection processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure, including data pipelines and databases
• Communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science techniques and technologies
• Mentor and coach junior data scientists and analysts to foster their professional growth

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, with previous experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of data science techniques, including machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Experience with cloud computing and big data technologies is a plus
• Proven track record of delivering successful data-driven projects and initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
