Position: Principal ML Specialist

Salary: $138 Per hour

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal ML Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Principal ML Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute ML projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert in machine learning, providing guidance and direction to the team on best practices and approaches.
• Lead the design and development of ML models and algorithms to solve business problems, using various techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging ML to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive business growth.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential ML solutions, considering factors such as accuracy, scalability, and feasibility.
• Develop and maintain a robust ML infrastructure, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and model deployment pipelines.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of ML, including new tools, techniques, and frameworks, and continuously evaluate their potential for implementation in our projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing and implementing ML solutions, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java, as well as ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Extensive knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques and algorithms, with experience in applying them to real-world problems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive is a plus.
• Experience in leading and managing teams is highly desirable.
