Job Description: As the Lead Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of automated testing solutions for our software products. You will work closely with our development teams to ensure the quality and stability of our products, while also driving continuous improvement in our automation processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of automated tests for our software products
• Collaborate with development teams to identify areas for automation and develop test plans
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify and report defects
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Establish and maintain best practices for automation testing
• Mentor and guide junior automation engineers
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automation tools and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in leading a team of automation engineers is preferred
