Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research through various methods such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights and identify user needs and pain points.
Analyze and interpret research findings to create actionable recommendations for improving the user experience.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and prioritize research objectives and develop research plans.
Communicate research findings and insights to cross-functional teams in a clear and compelling manner.
Work closely with designers to translate research insights into design concepts and solutions.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions through user testing and feedback.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX research.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
Experience with various research methods such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, or Figma.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
