Job Summary: As a Lead UX Researcher at Lobox, you will be responsible for leading and managing the user experience (UX) research team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered products that meet the needs and expectations of our target audience. You will have a deep understanding of user research methodologies and a proven track record of using data to inform design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of UX researchers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research goals and objectives
• Develop and implement a research strategy that aligns with the company's overall product vision and business objectives
• Identify and prioritize research questions and methods based on project timelines and resources
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research studies such as user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and A/B testing
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with designers to translate research findings into design solutions
• Develop and maintain research documentation and share best practices with the wider team
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in user research methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in user research, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of UX researchers
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
• Experience with various research methods and tools, including user testing software, survey tools, and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex research findings in a clear and concise manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends and advancements
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
