Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers to understand performance requirements and provide input on design and code changes to improve performance.
Analyze and identify performance bottlenecks in software applications through various tools and techniques.
Develop and execute performance tests to measure and monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Create and maintain performance monitoring dashboards and reports for real-time analysis and reporting.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on performance-related issues.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure performance requirements are met before software releases.
Continuously research and keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to software performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in software development or performance engineering.
Strong understanding of software performance principles and methodologies.
Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Familiarity with SQL and database performance tuning.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
