Salary: $190000 - $224000

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Threat Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Senior Threat Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential cyber threats and developing strategies to mitigate and prevent them. You will utilize your knowledge of the latest cyber threats, attack techniques, and intelligence gathering tools to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of cyber security threats and trends, including malware, phishing attacks, and social engineering tactics
• Monitor and analyze threat intelligence data from various sources, including open source feeds, dark web forums, and vendor reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Develop and maintain threat models and risk assessments to evaluate the potential impact of cyber threats on our organization
• Provide timely and accurate threat intelligence reports to senior management, including potential risks and mitigation strategies
• Stay up-to-date on emerging threats and attack tactics, and proactively propose new security measures to protect our organization
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to junior team members on threat intelligence analysis techniques and tools
• Participate in incident response activities and assist with cyber security investigations as needed
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our threat intelligence platform, including creating and updating playbooks and workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in threat intelligence, cyber security, or related field
• Strong knowledge of current cyber security threats and attack techniques
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms and tools, such as Splunk, FireEye, or ThreatConnect
• Familiarity with various threat intelligence frameworks, such as MITRE ATT&CK and STIX/TAXII
• Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data from various sources to identify potential threats
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, or GIAC, are a plus.
