Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Identity Access Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Identity Access Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our company's identity and access management policies and procedures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and proper access to our systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement identity and access management policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the security of our systems and applications.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the identity and access management team, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and analyze access logs, identifying and investigating any security incidents or vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of user access rights to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with IT teams to design and implement secure authentication and authorization processes.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of identity and access management processes and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to the company's identity and access management program.
• Provide training and support to end-users on proper access management procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
• Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations, such as NIST, ISO, and GDPR.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus.
