Job Description: As the Lead Digital Transformation Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our company's digital transformation strategy. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify and prioritize digital initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute these initiatives. You will be responsible for driving a culture of innovation and change within the organization, and ensuring that we are leveraging technology to enhance our business processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize digital initiatives, and define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute digital projects, including defining project plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring timely delivery
• Work closely with IT teams to evaluate and implement new technologies and systems that support digital innovation and transformation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, and act as a liaison between business units and IT teams
• Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new digital tools and processes, and ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to leverage these tools effectively
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in digital technology, and proactively identify new opportunities for digital innovation and transformation within the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in digital transformation, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing digital transformation projects in a complex and dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including but not limited to data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, and the ability to translate business objectives into digital initiatives
• Proven ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment is a plus
