Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Blockchain Specialist to join our growing team. As a Junior Blockchain Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of our blockchain-based systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the field to gain hands-on experience and grow within the rapidly expanding field of blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior blockchain specialists to understand the company's current blockchain systems and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with the development and implementation of new blockchain-based solutions
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain trends, technologies, and tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of blockchain solutions into existing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to blockchain applications
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all blockchain systems and processes
• Participate in testing and quality assurance of blockchain solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably in blockchain technology
• Strong understanding of blockchain principles, protocols, and consensus algorithms
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or EOS
• Familiarity with smart contract development and Solidity programming language
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
