Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop blockchain-based solutions for our company's products and services, utilizing your deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements, and design blockchain solutions to address them
Lead the development and implementation of blockchain protocols and smart contracts
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in the blockchain industry, and provide recommendations for their potential applications within our company
Oversee the testing and deployment of blockchain solutions, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are scalable for future growth
Work closely with our security team to identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities in our blockchain systems
Mentor and guide junior members of the blockchain team, providing technical expertise and best practices to support their growth and development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in blockchain development, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex blockchain-based projects
Extensive knowledge of blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Solidity, and experience with smart contract development
Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python
Experience with blockchain platforms and tools such as Truffle, Remix, and Ganache
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to design innovative solutions
Proven leadership skills and experience in leading and mentoring teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
