Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement API integrations between our company's API and external systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for API integrations
Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation for API integrations
Conduct thorough testing of API integrations to ensure functionality and compatibility with external systems
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to API integrations
Continuously monitor and maintain the performance and functionality of existing API integrations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in API integration development
Act as a subject matter expert on API integration capabilities and provide technical guidance to other team members
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate their systems with our company's API
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation within API integration processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in API integration development and implementation
Solid understanding of API design principles, RESTful architecture, and web services
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Experience with API management platforms such as MuleSoft, Apigee, or AWS API Gateway
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with Agile development methodologies is a plus
Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is preferred
