About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Full-Stack Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Principal Full-Stack Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development, design, and implementation of our full-stack applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support in their technical growth.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Proficient in back-end technologies such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with database design and SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
