Position: Junior Software Deployment Engineer

Salary: $69 Per hour

As a member of our Deployment team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery and deployment of our cutting-edge software solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the software deployment needs of our clients and develop deployment plans accordingly
• Work closely with the software development team to ensure that all software releases are properly tested and ready for deployment
• Configure and maintain deployment pipelines to automate the build, testing, and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve any deployment issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime for clients
• Develop and maintain documentation for deployment processes and procedures
• Assist in the planning and execution of software upgrades and migrations
• Monitor and track the progress of deployments and provide regular updates to the team and clients
• Continuously evaluate and improve deployment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software deployment and make recommendations for improvements to the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in software deployment or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and deployment methodologies
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Experience with deployment automation tools such as Jenkins or Ansible
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
