Lobox is seeking an experienced AI Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our AI department and ensuring the success of our AI initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the AI team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the successful delivery of AI projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop AI solutions to address them
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of AI technologies and systems, ensuring they are operating effectively and meeting business requirements
• Monitor and analyze AI performance metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to AI operations
• Provide training and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI operations, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI operations, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and applications, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and policies related to AI operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
