Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of our company's AI product strategy, including defining product roadmap, features, and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape in order to inform product decisions
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gain insights and gather feedback on product performance and future needs
Represent the company as a subject matter expert in AI product development and contribute to thought leadership in the industry through publications and conference presentations
Mentor and guide a team of product specialists, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure their professional growth and development
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous product improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the field of artificial intelligence
Proven track record of successfully bringing AI products to market and driving their success
Strong understanding of AI technologies and applications, as well as current market trends and industry landscape
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team and drive them towards achieving product goals
