Salary: $69 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Process Manager to join our dynamic and innovative IT team. As a Junior IT Process Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving our organization's IT processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with our IT department and other cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the IT department to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to implement changes
• Conduct analysis of current processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor new processes, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for further improvement
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of process changes and make necessary adjustments
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT process management to continuously improve our processes and procedures
• Assist in the training and development of team members on new processes and procedures
• Act as a liaison between the IT department and other business units to ensure alignment and collaboration on process improvement initiatives
• Participate in project planning and management for IT process improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in IT process management or a related role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and develop effective solutions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of ITIL and other process improvement methodologies is a plus
• Certifications in process management or project management is a plus
