Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Process Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Senior IT Process Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all IT processes within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and to implement efficient and effective processes that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT process management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT processes across the organization
• Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure that processes are properly documented and followed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and develop solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Regularly review and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain process metrics to measure and monitor process performance
• Ensure that processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Communicate process changes and updates to stakeholders and ensure proper training and adoption
• Lead and participate in process improvement projects, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and implementation of best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT process management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT process management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of IT processes, methodologies, and frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, and DevOps
• Experience with process mapping, analysis, and optimization
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IT processes in a complex organization
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly preferred
