Salary: $123 Per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of systems operations engineers and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable systems
• Identify areas for improvement in our systems and processes, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to system emergencies as needed
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our systems and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems operations engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
