Are you a recent graduate with a passion for information technology and virtualization? Do you have experience with virtualization technologies and a desire to further develop your skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Junior Virtualization Specialist.

As a Junior Virtualization Specialist, you will work closely with our team of experienced virtualization experts to provide support and management for our clients' virtualized environments. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of virtualized systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of virtualized environments for our clients, utilizing industry-leading technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Monitor the performance and health of virtualized systems, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their virtualization needs and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Work with our team to develop and implement disaster recovery plans for virtualized environments.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for virtualization-related issues, working closely with clients to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in virtualization technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement within our own systems and processes.
• Document all virtualization processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members on virtualization technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Previous experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends.
