Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the research, design, and development of reinforcement learning algorithms and systems
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Design and implement scalable and robust reinforcement learning systems that can handle large datasets and complex environments
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in reinforcement learning principles, techniques, and tools
• Stay current with the latest advancements in the field and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate new techniques into our solutions
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team, providing technical direction and support
• Communicate complex technical concepts and algorithms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to the company's intellectual property by writing patents and publishing research papers

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing reinforcement learning solutions
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex reinforcement learning systems in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of reinforcement learning principles and algorithms, including deep Q-learning, policy gradient methods, and Monte Carlo methods
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
