Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with senior data engineers to assist in the design, development, and maintenance of our data platform
Develop, test, and deploy data pipelines and workflows using ETL tools
Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the data platform and provide timely resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements
Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across various data sources
Assist in the implementation of data security and privacy measures
Conduct data analysis and assist in creating data visualizations to support business decisions
Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and make recommendations for platform improvements
Document all data platform processes, procedures, and configurations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
1-2 years of experience working with data platforms and technologies
Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools, such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
Experience with SQL and database management systems, preferably Oracle or MySQL
Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling
Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
