Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead AI Innovation Manager to join our innovative team. As the Lead AI Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge AI solutions and leading the implementation of AI strategies across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, assess feasibility, and develop AI solutions to improve business processes and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies and initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for AI integration.
• Conduct research and analysis to assess the feasibility of AI solutions and develop business cases for AI projects.
• Drive the development of innovative AI solutions, including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Manage the end-to-end AI project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI technologies and vendors.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of AI models and systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Establish and maintain best practices for AI development and implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to the organization's operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI development and implementation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering AI projects.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
