As a Principal Data Science Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering data science projects for our clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying business problems, designing and implementing data science solutions, and presenting the findings to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects, from problem identification to solution delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design data science solutions
• Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
• Develop predictive models, algorithms, and data visualizations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data science tools and techniques, and recommend improvements to existing processes
• Mentor and coach junior data scientists, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
• Partner with business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in data science

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques, with experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is preferred
