Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the integration of our AI solutions into our clients��� existing systems and processes. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless and successful integration, ultimately driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of our AI solutions into our clients��� systems and processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their specific business needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan for each integration project, ensuring all tasks are completed within the agreed timelines.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues during the integration process.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the integration process and beyond.
• Act as the main point of contact for all integration-related inquiries and issues.
• Train and mentor junior integration specialists to ensure a high level of expertise within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully integrating AI solutions into complex systems.
• Strong technical background and understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
