Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of AI research engineers to develop innovative AI solutions.
Drive research projects from conception to implementation, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Utilize your expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision to develop advanced AI algorithms.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into our products.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and identify opportunities to apply them in our products.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Collaborate with external partners and academic institutions to stay at the forefront of AI research.

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI research and development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Extensive knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
